Project Planner Refit

With your skills, the projects are planned for perfection in execution and delivery.
As the project planner refit, you are responsible for creating the planning of executing and delivering custom yachts with maximum profit and efficiency; where needed, you adjust the planning and communicate this with the project leaders and third parties.
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the integral project planning in close collaboration with Project Core Team members and relevant third parties;
- Communicating with key stakeholders;
- Monitoring progress, and continuously adjusting the planning to ensure timely execution and delivery;
- Discussing progress, identifying variances, and analyzing the causes of discrepancies with the Project Core Team and Project Leaders of third parties;
- Identifying constraints or obstacles and advising on mitigation measures or solutions when circumstances require;
- Analyzing the impact of received change orders on the overall project plan, gathering relevant information from involved parties, and rescheduling the plan;
The requirements
- You have a bachelor's degree or a Secondary Vocational Education qualification with relevant working experience;
- You have minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the maritime and/or yacht building industry;
- You have broad perspective with an eye for detail;
- You are proactive, problem-solving, persuasive, and adaptable;
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and planning software;
- You have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- You have eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
